Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Consultations

A consultation booking reserves time specifically for an individual client.

Cancellation before a scheduled consultation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact The Cosmic Void as early as possible.

Where sufficient advance notice is given, The Cosmic Void may allow the consultation to be rescheduled to another available date and time.

Late cancellation or no-show

If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation, or cancels at very short notice, the consultation fee may be non-refundable, because that time was reserved specifically for the client.

Any exception may be considered at the discretion of The Cosmic Void, based on the circumstances.

02Courses

A course purchase provides access to educational content and/or reserved learning opportunities.

Because digital educational content may become accessible after enrollment, course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access or digital content has been provided, except where a refund is required under applicable law or is expressly approved by The Cosmic Void.

Live courses

If a student who has purchased a Live course misses an individual session, missing that session does not by itself make the course refundable.

Where applicable, recordings or alternative arrangements may be provided according to the course structure communicated at enrollment.

Self-Paced courses

Once access to a Self-Paced course or its digital learning materials has been provided, refunds are generally not available, because the digital content has been made available to the purchaser.

03Course Format Changes

All courses are available in both formats:

• Live
• Self-Paced

If you purchased the Live format and would prefer Self-Paced, or purchased Self-Paced and would prefer Live, please contact The Cosmic Void.

Any change of format depends on course availability and the applicable course structure. A format change does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

04Cancellation by The Cosmic Void

If The Cosmic Void cancels a consultation, course or scheduled programme and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be offered, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

05Technical Problems

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased course, please contact The Cosmic Void.

Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve access issues before a refund is considered.

06Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have accidentally paid twice for the same service or course, please contact The Cosmic Void with the transaction details.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

07Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method, or another appropriate method permitted by the payment provider.

The time taken for a refund to reach you may depend on the payment gateway, your bank or your financial institution.

08How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

• Your full name
• The email address used for the purchase
• The course or service purchased
• The transaction or order reference
• The date of purchase
• The reason for your request

Requests are reviewed according to the applicable terms and circumstances.
